Each measuring 120 m²/1295 ft², both Park Suites offer generous space, comprising of a living room, two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor, they feature magnificent views of the surrounding park; in winter, the bare trees reveal the beautiful lake beyond. The suites are appointed with fine parquet flooring, a dining table for four, two bathrooms, a dressing room, a desk, an extra-long bed (2.10 m/7 ft) in both bedrooms and a guest WC. The 10 m²/108 ft² private balcony increases the sense of space. The natural stone bathrooms are fitted with a bathtub and a rain shower, two washbasins and a separate WC.

Light and warm colors with accents of soft light blue, beautiful materials and designer furniture combine discreetly and reflect the location on the Alster in the middle of the park. The oak wood used for the parquet flooring comes from the forests of Fontenay Abbey in France. The harmonious interplay is complemented by harmonious decorative objects by Danish industrial designer Georg Jensen and original works of art by Peruvian painter Antonio Máro.

The sculptural architecture of the building, derived from circles, is also reflected in a special way in the room concept: the trapezoidal floor plan, the semi-circular walls and the large panoramic front with floor-to-ceiling windows open up light-flooded open spaces, nature becomes part of the feeling of living and the view can wander into the distance. The ceiling height of 2.85 m also extends the room generously upwards. From the Deluxe room category upwards, a private balcony with an area of five square meters provides additional space.
