Francesco Delvecchio & Jochen Kempf

Host & Chef de cuisine

Two well-known names returning to the Alster: Host Francesco Delvecchio and head chef Jochen Kempf. Together, they stand for a culinary signature that has been delighting Hamburg's gourmets for years. They have already left their mark on the popular Osteria Due, just a few steps away - and are now bringing their passion, experience and Italian joie de vivre to a new, stylish location. Delvecchio and Kempf have put their heart and soul into creating a meeting place for neighbors, friends of Italian cuisine and guests of The Fontenay.

"We are delighted to be able to add another flagship to the already great gastronomic diversity of The Fontenay and revive the Osteria Due, which is highly regarded beyond Hamburg, with new accents. We want to establish a meeting place here for neighbors, hotel guests, Italy lovers, families, business lunches and Alster walkers."
