Christmas at Parkview

On Christmas Eve, we welcome you to a champagne reception at 6.00 pm at our sparkling Atrium Lounge, followed by a Christmas dinner at  Parkview restaurant. On December 25 and 26 you can choose from delicious holiday menus
for lunch and dinner and enjoy precious time with your loved ones.


Goose liver with chestnut mousse,
Sauce Cumberland and brioche
Carrot and ginger soup
with milk foam and diced shrimp
Grilled scallop with mushroom risotto
and spiced white wine sauce 
Fillet of beef steak in a cinnamon-pumpkin-nut crust
